LED Light Boxes
Letter Light Box
Built for: Gift & celebration buyers — gift shops, event and wedding decorators, and retailers wanting personalized lit letters, names and logos
A letter light box puts a name, a word or a date in light — the go-to personalized gift and event piece. We build edge-lit acrylic letters for a clean face glow and bulb-rim marquee letters for the classic cinematic look, holding the full A–Z, 0–9 and symbol set so any word can be composed.
Most gift and event demand lands on the interchangeable-letter panel: a slim edge-lit box that takes flat letters, so one unit resets from a product name to a birthday message without buying a new sign. For anything beyond the standard set, we fabricate custom logo shapes from vector artwork (AI / SVG).
Letters ship fully assembled and ready to hang or stand, with a format drawing per SKU so a buyer can plan a wall or table layout before ordering. Low MOQ lets a small gift shop order a single name while a decor house replenishes the alphabet as letters wear.

Development story
From 0 to bestseller: illuminated letters
The demand was already there
Event planners, wedding decorators and retailers kept asking for individual lit letters and shapes — names, dates, logos — that read clearly across a room or in a photo. Rental houses in particular wanted a full alphabet they could compose on demand. We had the LED and acrylic know-how from our light boxes, so we treated letters as the next product to engineer, not a one-off.
Two ways to glow
We standardized on two constructions. Edge-lit acrylic letters give a clean, uniform face glow that reads at distance — strong for retail branding. Bulb-rim marquee letters trace each letter with warm LEDs for the classic “cinematic” backdrop look popular at weddings and events. Both run on the same low-heat LED approach we use across the range.
One panel, any message
Most of that demand lands on the cinema-style light box: a slim edge-lit panel that takes flat interchangeable letters, so a single unit can be reset from a product promotion to a birthday message without buying a new sign. The two shots below are different messages composed on the same panel from our standard set.
From a few shapes to a full system
The breakthrough was treating letters as a system, not a catalog of fixed SKUs. We hold the full A–Z and 0–9 set plus punctuation and common symbols, so a buyer can compose any word, name or date. For anything beyond the set, we fabricate custom logo shapes from vector artwork (AI / SVG). That combination — standard inventory plus custom fabrication — is what made the line useful to both one-off decorators and high-volume rental houses.
How they are used and specified
Illuminated letters end up in living rooms and offices as much as on event stages, so we ship them fully assembled and ready to hang, and we supply a format drawing with each SKU so a buyer can plan a wall or table plan before ordering.
Built to be re-used and shipped
Event letters get handled, stacked and shipped, so finish and build matter. We burn-in test the LEDs, offer Black / clear / custom finishes, and pack for export the same way we pack the rest of the range. Low MOQ means a small shop can order a single name, while a rental house can replenish the alphabet as letters wear.
From 0 to bestseller
Starting from nothing, we turned illuminated letters into one of our best-selling lines for the events, wedding and retail markets. It is a clear case of taking a customer need we kept hearing, owning the engineering, and shipping a product families actually reorder. Like our tracing pad, it is a product we developed — not just resold.
