What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit. We support trial and small-batch orders and quote per project.
Can you make a prototype or sample?
Yes. A prototype or sample is prepared after we review your brief — usually within about 15 days.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is about 25 days after sample approval, scheduled around your confirmed quantity.
What about power, plugs and installation?
Power supply, plug type and cable exit are set to your destination market (low-voltage 12V DC builds; plugs matched to US / AU / EU).
Can the products be used outdoors?
Outdoor use needs a waterproof review per project. We confirm the right structure for your installation environment.
What warranty do you offer?
Every build carries a 1-year limited warranty covering the light panel and driver against manufacturing defects.
How fast do you reply?
We review every brief and reply within 24 hours with a project quote or the next question we need answered.
What certifications do you provide?
Most orders ship with CE and RoHS for the EU market. Power supplies are sourced from UL-listed suppliers, and we provide compliance documents and test reports on request.
What trade terms do you offer?
We ship EXW or DDP to your port or direct to your customer, across 30+ countries.
Do you publish list prices?
No. Every build is custom-sized and custom-branded, so we quote per project after reviewing your specifications.
